We collect post-consumer uPVC window frames, doors, conservatory frames, fascias, soffits, manufacturing offcuts, redundant bar lengths, mis-measures and trim in any colour, age or window system. The glass comes out on site before collection, by you or by us.

Yes. We run a glass recycling service using skips and containers, and a waste management service for general site waste like wood, hardcore and mixed waste. Each is priced and run separately.

Yes, for trade customers. We come to you and do the loading, with no minimum tonnage and no hidden fees. We just ask that our vehicle can get to the load.

For larger volumes, yes. What we pay depends on volume, condition and material. Clean manufacturing offcuts earn the most, and redundant bar lengths, mis-measures and deglazed frames also earn a rebate. Rebates are for loads with no glass, or very little. Loads are weighed on a weighbridge or priced per van load, and rebates are paid within 24 hours. Email us a few photos, tell us roughly what you've got, and we'll come back with a quote.

Yes. We set up recycling schemes that trade counters, wholesalers and window merchants can offer their installer customers. Your customer buys a window from you and we collect their old uPVC and glass. The duty-of-care paperwork carries your branding and comes back to you to pass on, so you keep the customer relationship. We collect same or next working day across the North West, North Wales, Midlands and Yorkshire, where our hubs are, and same week across the rest of the UK. Bulk loads are usually booked 2–3 working days ahead so we can send the right vehicle.

Yes. We are an Environment Agency Registered Upper-Tier Waste Carrier and can send our licence details on request. Every collection comes with an electronic waste transfer note (eWTN) for your records, which covers your obligations under Section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

Yes, electronically. We email an eWTN to your nominated contact within 24 hours of every collection, so there is no paper copy to lose. We can also provide annual summaries for environmental returns.

No. The glass has to come out before collection, but if you can't do it, we do it on site when we collect. If you have the capacity to deglaze yourself, it speeds up loading and may improve the rate we pay.

Yes, both. We collect from active sites, fabrication units, trade yards, warehouses and demolition projects. We can also leave containers and storage cages on long-term sites. For uPVC we use 12 or 20 yard roll-on roll-off containers. Our other skip sizes are for general site waste.

Yes, if the house is on one of our routes. We collect the old frames from the property, so your fitters don't have to bring them back to your yard. The glass needs to come out first, by your fitters or by us.

The frames are deglazed on site before collection. At the plant they are shredded, the steel and hardware are taken out, and the clean uPVC is granulated and micronised. It goes back into new window profiles, garden products, fencing and construction materials. Offcuts and redundant bar lengths are granulated, colour sorted and extruded into new products. Glass goes to UK reprocessors for cullet (new glazing), glass fibre or aggregate. Nothing goes to landfill.

Yes. Old frames are shredded, the metal comes out, and the uPVC is granulated and micronised for the core of new window profile. Offcuts and bar lengths are granulated, colour sorted and extruded into new products.
