What uPVC waste do you collect?
We collect post-consumer uPVC window frames, doors, conservatory frames, fascias, soffits, manufacturing offcuts, and trim. Frames can be glazed or deglazed — we handle the separation at our processing facility. Any colour, any age, any window system.
Do you also handle glass and other waste?
Yes — as separate services. We run a dedicated
glass recycling service via skips and containers, and a
waste management service for general site waste like wood, hardcore and mixed waste. Each service is run independently with its own pricing and logistics.
Is collection free?
Yes — collection is free. We come to you, we lift the load, we sort the paperwork. No charges for trade customers, no minimum tonnage, no hidden fees. The only thing we ask is that the load is reasonably accessible for our vehicle.
Do you pay for scrap uPVC windows?
For larger volumes, yes — we pay competitive rates for scrap uPVC windows depending on volume, frame condition and material grade. Manufacturing offcuts and clean fabricator waste in particular have strong rebate value. Send us a few photos by email, tell us roughly what you've got, and we'll come back with a quote.
Do you offer recycling schemes for trade counters and window merchants?
Yes — we work with trade counters, wholesalers and window merchants to set up turnkey recycling schemes they can offer their installer customers as a value-add. Your customer buys a window from you, we collect their old uPVC and glass, branded paperwork goes back to you to pass on. You stay the relationship, your customer gets a hassle-free service, and the waste is properly recycled with full duty-of-care documentation. Get in touch to discuss how it would work for your branch network.
How quickly can you collect?
Same or next working day across the North West, North Wales, Midlands, and Yorkshire — our five hubs cover this region densely. Same-week service across the rest of the UK. Bulk loads typically scheduled 2–3 working days ahead so we can route the right vehicle.
Where do you operate?
Nationwide UK, from five operating hubs: Chester, Wigan, Haslingden, Stoke-on-Trent, and Rotherham. This footprint gives us genuine same-day capability across the North West, Midlands, and Yorkshire, and same-week coverage UK-wide. See the
locations page for which hub covers your area.
Are you a licensed waste carrier?
Yes. We are an Environment Agency Registered Upper-Tier Waste Carrier (registration CBDU347776). Every collection includes a fully compliant electronic Waste Transfer Note for your records, satisfying your obligations under Section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Do you provide waste transfer notes?
Yes — electronically. We issue eWTNs (electronic Waste Transfer Notes) within 24 hours of every collection, emailed direct to your nominated contact. eWTNs are quicker, harder to lose, and meet Duty of Care requirements without the paper chase. We can also provide annual summaries for environmental returns.
Do I need to deglaze frames before collection?
No. We accept both glazed and deglazed frames. If you have the capacity to deglaze, it speeds up loading and may improve our rate. If not, we handle the separation at our processing facility — including pulling and recycling sealed units, hardware, and steel reinforcement.
Can you collect from sites or warehouses?
Both. We collect from active sites, fabrication units, trade yards, warehouses, and demolition projects. We can also place permanent or semi-permanent containers and storage cages on long-term sites for ongoing collection — typical sizes 4yd, 8yd, 20yd, and 40yd.
What happens to the recycled material?
uPVC is shredded, separated from steel and glass, and reprocessed into pellets. Those pellets go back into new window profiles, garden products, fencing, and construction materials. Glass goes to UK reprocessors for cullet (new glazing), glass fibre, or aggregate. Nothing goes to landfill.
