What we collect
Everything uPVC that comes off a window job. It is sorted at our yards and sent for recycling. There is more detail on the uPVC window frame recycling page.
Doors
Front, back, patio, French and bi-fold doors, and composite doors with a uPVC frame. Hardware can stay on, and the glass comes out on site before collection.
Offcuts and bar lengths
Profile offcuts, trim, beading, cill ends and redundant bar lengths, in any colour and all in one cage. Clean offcuts get the best rate. We supply the cages and collect on a schedule.
Any colour
White, woodgrain, rosewood, anthracite and other foiled frames. The colour makes no difference to collection or rebates.
We also take redundant bar lengths and mis-measures (windows and doors that were never fitted), conservatory strip-outs (uPVC frames, polycarbonate roofing and side panels), fascias, soffits and trim.
Who we collect from
- Window installersOld frames and doors from replacement jobs, from a single van load to a skip in your yard. If the house is on one of our routes, we can collect from the job itself.
- FabricatorsOffcuts, trim, redundant bar lengths and mis-measures from the factory, collected from cages on a schedule. They earn a rebate.
- Housing associations and councilsWindow replacement programmes across your housing stock. How we work with housing associations.
- Demolition contractorsBulk uPVC from demolition jobs, mill conversions, commercial strip-outs and site clearances. We leave a container on site for the length of the job.
- Trade counters and merchantsA recycling scheme you can offer your installers. We take the old windows away and the paperwork carries your branding.
Housing associations and councils
We collect the old uPVC windows and doors from window replacement programmes and planned maintenance on social housing, working with housing associations, councils and the contractors who fit for them.

We work across several sites under one contract, with collections booked around your programme.

A 12 or 20 yard roll-on roll-off container stays on site for the length of the programme, and we empty it on a schedule.

How the uPVC is recycled
What happens after we collect. Old windows and doors take one route, and offcuts and bar lengths take another. Pick a tab to follow each one.
What happens to old windows and doors
- Deglazed and collected The glass comes out on site, by you or by us. The frames, doors and offcuts are then loaded and weighed in.
- Shredded The deglazed frames go through a shredder and come out in pieces.
- Metal out Magnets pull out the steel reinforcement, hinges and handles for scrap metal.
- Granulated The clean uPVC is ground down into small chip.
- Cleaned and micronised Rubber and other plastics are separated out, and the chip is ground fine.
- New window profile The recycled uPVC goes into the core of new window frames.
What happens to offcuts and bar lengths
- Collected Offcuts and redundant bar lengths are collected from your cages or racks and weighed in. All colours can go in the same cage.
- Granulated The offcuts and bars go through a granulator and come out as small chip.
- Colour sorted The chip is sorted by colour, so you don't have to sort it yourself.
- Extruded The sorted chip is melted and pushed through an extruder.
- New products It comes out as new uPVC products.

Rebates on clean uPVC
Collection is free for any trade load. On clean, high-volume material we pay a rebate on top. What you get depends on the material and how much of it there is. Rebates are for loads with no glass, or very little. Loads are weighed on a weighbridge or priced per van load, and rebates are paid within 24 hours.

Our best rate
Clean profile offcuts, trim and cill ends straight from the saw. We supply a cage and collect on a schedule.
Bar lengths and mis-measures
Earns a rebate
Redundant bar lengths, and mis-measured windows and doors that were never fitted. They are clean, unused uPVC.
Deglazed frames
Rebate on a van load or more
Old frames in any colour with the glass and hardware taken out before we arrive.
Glazed frames and mixed loads
Free collection, no rebate
Frames we deglaze for you on site, and loads mixed with other waste. There is no rebate on these because of the extra work to deglaze and sort them.

Call or send photos
Tell us what you have, where it is and roughly how much. Email photos if you can. We quote within working hours, usually the same day.

We book the collection
Same or next day around our hubs in the North West, Liverpool, North Wales, the Midlands and Yorkshire, and same week elsewhere. We work around your site or yard hours, and one-off jobs are fine.

We collect and send the paperwork
Our driver loads from your site. Your electronic waste transfer note is emailed within 24 hours of the collection.
Collection from the house
If the job is on one of our routes, we can collect the old frames straight from the property, so your fitters don't have to bring them back to the yard.

Every collection comes with an electronic waste transfer note (eWTN), emailed to you within 24 hours. It covers your duty of care under Section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

Float glass, glazing offcuts and sealed units, collected in 16 yard skips, or a roll-on roll-off where needed. You can book it on its own, for glaziers, fabricators and demolition contractors.
